Key Responsibilities
- Handle a wide range of commercial real estate transactions
- Draft, review, and negotiate purchase agreements, leases, and financing documents
- Conduct due diligence, including title and survey review
- Work closely with clients, lenders, and internal teams to facilitate transactions
- Manage matters efficiently while maintaining strong attention to detail
- Minimum of 3 years of commercial real estate experience
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and client service skills
- Licensed or eligible to practice in Virginia
- Competitive salary range: $160,000 - $225,000 (based on experience)
- Discretionary bonus structure
- Billable requirement: 1750 hours
- Hybrid schedule - 2 days remote per week
