Project Engineer Responsibilities
- Support Project Managers on active projects
- Handle RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
- Assist with scheduling, coordination, and project tracking
- Work closely with subcontractors, vendors, and design teams
- Review plans, specs, and contracts
- Assist with budgeting, change orders, and cost tracking
- Gain hands-on experience in estimating, including takeoffs and bid support
- Participate in site visits, QA/QC, and safety efforts
- 2 years of experience in commercial construction
- Tenant Improvement (TI) experience is preferred
- Interest in expanding into estimating
- Strong understanding of construction documents
- Proficiency with tools like Procore, Bluebeam, or similar
- Strong communication and organizational skills

Salary : $90,000 - $115,000
