What You'll Do
- Build and strengthen relationships with business owners, professionals, and community leaders throughout the Memphis market.
- Develop new commercial loan and deposit opportunities through networking, referrals, and business development.
- Manage an existing commercial loan portfolio while continuing to grow your book of business.
- Analyze financial statements, tax returns, and credit information to structure sound lending solutions.
- Present loan requests for approval and work closely with credit partners to ensure quality underwriting.
- Cross-sell treasury management, deposit products, and other banking services that add value to your clients.
- Monitor portfolio performance, complete annual reviews, and maintain strong asset quality.
- At least 4 years of commercial lending experience with strong knowledge of the Memphis market.
- A proven history of business development and relationship management.
- Experience with commercial credit analysis, underwriting, and loan structuring.
- Knowledge of Commercial Real Estate (CRE), C&I, and small business lending.
- A self-starter who enjoys being visible in the community and developing long-term client relationships.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
