Position: Commercial Litigation Paralegal

About The Role

The ideal candidate is a proactive, highly organized paralegal with 8 years of commercial litigation experience, excellent case-management skills, and strong proficiency in handling large volumes of documents, discovery, and trial preparation.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex, document-intensive commercial litigation cases from inception through trial
• Draft, organize, and maintain pleadings, discovery responses, subpoenas, disclosures, and trial documents
• Coordinate large-scale document production, review, and database management
• Assist attorneys with deposition preparation, trial binders, exhibit lists, and evidence organization
• Manage calendaring, deadlines, and litigation timelines
• Communicate professionally with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
• Support attorneys with legal research, document summaries, and case analysis as needed
  
  

Qualifications

• 8 years of commercial litigation paralegal experience
• Strong background in large-scale document handling, e-discovery, and litigation database systems
• Excellent writing, organization, and communication skills
• Ability to support multiple attorneys and prioritize deadlines
• Experience with trial preparation and courtroom support
• Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred
