About The Role
The ideal candidate is a proactive, highly organized paralegal with 8 years of commercial litigation experience, excellent case-management skills, and strong proficiency in handling large volumes of documents, discovery, and trial preparation.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex, document-intensive commercial litigation cases from inception through trial
- Draft, organize, and maintain pleadings, discovery responses, subpoenas, disclosures, and trial documents
- Coordinate large-scale document production, review, and database management
- Assist attorneys with deposition preparation, trial binders, exhibit lists, and evidence organization
- Manage calendaring, deadlines, and litigation timelines
- Communicate professionally with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
- Support attorneys with legal research, document summaries, and case analysis as needed
- 8 years of commercial litigation paralegal experience
- Strong background in large-scale document handling, e-discovery, and litigation database systems
- Excellent writing, organization, and communication skills
- Ability to support multiple attorneys and prioritize deadlines
- Experience with trial preparation and courtroom support
- Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred
