Trueline's client, a boutique commercial litigation firm in Central Phoenix, is seeking a Senior Litigation Paralegal to join its team in a full-time, five-day in-office role. This is a hands-on opportunity for an experienced litigation professional who can own deadlines, manage sophisticated discovery, support complex business disputes, and work closely with attorneys in a collaborative environment with genuine work-life balance.

**MUST HAVE LITIGATION EXPERIENCE IN ARIZONA!
What You'll Do as the Senior Litigation Paralegal:
- Support commercial litigation matters involving business disputes, breach of contract claims, construction-related matters, and policyholder insurance litigation
- Manage cases from early discovery through trial preparation, including docketing, deadlines, filings, document organization, and case logistics
- Draft and edit litigation documents such as deposition notices, subpoenas, motions, pleadings, and other court filings
- Handle federal and Arizona state court filings and stay current on procedural requirements
- Manage complex e-discovery matters involving large document sets, including document review, organization, productions, and coordination with attorneys
- Keep attorneys organized and proactively monitor deadlines so important dates and deliverables do not slip
- Communicate professionally with corporate clients, opposing counsel, courts, vendors, and other outside parties as needed
- Provide limited transactional support, approximately 10-20% of the role, including operating agreements and other general business documents
- Pitch in on administrative responsibilities when needed, including occasional phone coverage and general office support
Must-Haves as the Senior Litigation Paralegal:
- Approximately 5-10 years of substantive litigation paralegal experience, with significant exposure to commercial, business, construction, insurance, or other complex civil litigation
- Deep hands-on experience with e-discovery and large document matters, including strong Relativity experience
- Working knowledge of federal and Arizona civil procedure, PACER, and Arizona court filing systems
- Excellent written English, grammar, punctuation, proofreading, and document editing skills
- Exceptional organization and docket management skills, with the confidence to proactively keep multiple attorneys on track
- Strong technology skills and the ability to work comfortably across case management, document review, and e-discovery platforms
- Professional communication skills and the ability to interact appropriately with corporate clients
- A stable employment history and demonstrated ability to take ownership of a demanding litigation workload
- Ability to work in the Central Phoenix office five days per week
Nice-to-Haves as the Senior Litigation Paralegal:
- Experience with construction-related commercial disputes
- Experience representing corporate policyholders in insurance coverage or bad-faith matters
- Familiarity with MyCase and Nextpoint
- Experience supporting business or corporate transactional work, including operating agreements
- Practical experience using AI tools to improve legal research, drafting, document review, or workflow efficiency
- Paralegal certification or formal paralegal training

- Base salary of $85,000-$105,000 depending on experience
