Position Highlights
- 5 years of litigation experience
- Experience with commercial litigation strongly preferred
- Background in construction, insurance coverage, first-party, or property litigation is a plus
- Experience handling complex matters in both state and federal courts
- Strong research, writing, negotiation, and communication skills
- Competitive, strategic approach to litigation
- Demonstrated ability to handle complex matters with creativity, sound judgment, and strong ethical standards
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
