- Oversee and manage a portfolio of commercial accounts, ensuring excellent service and retention.
- Process new submissions efficiently.
- Maintain client relationships through strategic problem-solving and expert guidance.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to support renewals, coverage placement, and account servicing.
- Utilize agency management system software to streamline workflows and manage account activity effectively.
- Experience managing a commercial book independently
- Proven ability to handle complex accounts
- Strong analytical and relationship-management skills
- Proficiency with AMS360, EPIC, or other CRM platforms
