Position Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads- Conduct product presentations and educate clients on flooring solutions- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction- Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts
Position Requirements:- 2-5 years of experience in commercial flooring project sales- Strong sales and negotiation skills- Excellent communication and presentation abilities- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Benefits:- Competitive salary: $80,000 to $100,000 with uncapped commissions- Full benefits package
