CNC Field Service Technician Needed!
We are seeking an experienced CNC Field Service Technician to support customers throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) area. This role is ideal for a self-motivated technician who enjoys working independently, diagnosing issues in the field, and delivering high-quality customer service. Technicians are trusted to manage their own troubleshooting and repair strategies without micromanagement, while having access to a strong internal technical support team when needed.

We are seeking an experienced CNC Field Service Technician to support customers throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) area. Technicians are trusted to manage their own troubleshooting and repair strategies without micromanagement, while having access to a strong internal technical support team when needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain CNC machinery, primarily CNC lathes and milling machines, in customer facilities
- Customer locations are primarily local; occasional overnight travel required
- Perform mechanical, electrical, and control troubleshooting on CNC lathes, mills, and other metal-cutting or metal-bending equipment
- Work independently in the field while collaborating with internal technical support as required
- Provide professional, customer-facing service and technical guidance
- Manage variable daily workloads, typically ranging from 5-12 hours depending on service needs
- Accurately document service work, time, and parts usage
- Prior experience servicing CNC machines or similar industrial equipment
- Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical, electrical, and CNC control systems
- Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed

Salary : $90,000 - $130,000
