Key Responsibilities
- Install, commission, and troubleshoot CNC machines
- Perform ball screw replacements, alignments, and precision leveling
- Work with hydrostatic ways, servo motors, drives, and control systems
- Handle electrical work up to 480v and all related diagnostics
- Perform mechanical repairs and complete PM service
- Read electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic schematics
- Provide customer training and on-site support
- Document service findings and maintain clear communication with the team
- Extensive CNC field service background
- Strong electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic skills
- Experience with servo systems, controls, and machine geometry
- Ability to travel 95% of the time with some international trips and be gone for a couple weeks at a time as needed.
