What You'll Do
- Manage litigation matters from inception through resolution, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation
- Draft and review motions, discovery, and legal correspondence
- Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and other court proceedings
- Collaborate with clients and team members to develop case strategy and drive matters forward efficiently
- Maintain organized case management and ensure compliance with all court deadlines
- 3-5 years of civil litigation experience
- Trial experience is a plus
- Experience in bodily injury or related litigation is strongly preferred
- Working knowledge of Florida state and federal court procedures
- Strong writing, research, and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
