What are the responsibilities and job description for the Litigation Attorney - Insurance Defense position at Kubicki Draper?
The West Palm Beach office of Kubicki Draper is seeking an entry level Associate Attorney. Prior insurance defense or personal injury experience preferred but not required.
- Previous experience in litigation, particularly in insurance defense and personal injury is helpful but not required.
- Strong skills in legal research, writing, and persuasive oral advocacy.
- Licensed member of the Florida Bar and in good standing, required.

Your Day-to-Day:
- Draft, review, and respond to substantive pleadings, motions, and discovery.
- Conduct legal research and analysis.
- Attend hearings, depositions, and mediations.
- Participate in meetings with clients and negotiate settlements.
- Assist in the preparation for trials.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Word and Microsoft Office.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients.
