What The Firm Is Looking For
- 2-5 years of civil litigation experience in Washington
- Trial or courtroom experience preferred
- Ability to confidently manage litigation matters with increasing independence
- Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent client communication abilities
- Licensed and in good standing in Washington State
- Flexible work environment with onsite, hybrid, and remote options
