We are seeking an Associate Attorney with 4 years of civil litigation experience to join our growing defense practice. The ideal candidate will have experience handling a broad range of general civil litigation matters and be comfortable managing cases through all phases of litigation. Trial experience is preferred but not required. Key Responsibilities
- Handle all aspects of litigation, including case assessment, discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation
- Represent clients in various civil litigation matters
- Develop case strategies and provide clients with clear, practical advice tailored to their business objectives
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Appear in court and advocate effectively during hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials or assist in trial preparation
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the highest quality of legal representation
- 4 Years experience preferred in general civil litigation matters
- Trial preparation and / or direct trial experience
- Exceptional research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to handle complex legal issues
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- A commitment to professionalism, ethics, and client service
- J.D. from an accredited law school preferred
- Licensed in CA in good standing
