Key Responsibilities
- Act as strategic financial advisor to the Chief Executive Officer
- Provide daily oversight of financial performance, liquidity, and capital
- Lead financial modeling, forecasting, and stress testing
- Oversee liquidity strategy, including loans, lines, and FHLB programs
- Ensure execution of liquidity and financial policies
- Train and elevate the current finance team
- Lead the hiring of a Controller replacement
- Senior financial leadership experience in banking
- Strong knowledge of liquidity, capital, and bank modeling
- Proven team-builder and clear communicator
