What You'll Be Doing
- Manage business litigation matters from pre-suit to resolution
- Draft and argue motions, briefs, discovery responses, and legal memoranda
- Conduct client consultations, witness interviews, and case evaluations
- Prepare for and attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials
- Handle a wide array of disputes including contract, shareholder, partnership, and commercial tort claims
- Support business development through firm-sponsored initiatives
- 3-7 years of civil litigation experience, with a strong preference for commercial or business disputes
- Active and in good standing with the Arizona Bar
- Strong legal writing, research, and courtroom skills
- Organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple deadlines
- Interest in growing your practice and mentoring younger attorneys
