What You'll Be Doing
- Handle cases from inception to resolution, including discovery, depositions, and trial prep
- Draft and argue motions, briefs, pleadings, and memoranda
- Conduct legal research and case analysis for high-stakes commercial matters
- Manage client communications and strategy in collaboration with partners
- Prepare for and attend court hearings, depositions, and trials
- Participate in business development and marketing initiatives
- 3-5 years of commercial litigation experience
- Licensed and in good standing with the Pennsylvania Bar
- Strong legal research and writing skills
- Experience managing complex cases and tight deadlines
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team setting
