What You'll Do
- Drive business development efforts across the commercial, industrial, and mission-critical sectors
- Develop and execute a territory sales plan
- Generate new client relationships and maintain existing ones
- Prepare quotes and proposals for prospective clients
- Work closely with leadership to meet growth goals
- Travel throughout the region to build relationships and close deals
- 5 years of experience in business development or outside sales in commercial or industrial construction
- Strong understanding of complex, large-scale builds (data center, industrial, advanced manufacturing)
- Proven track record of lead generation and successful deal closure
- Experience working with general contractors, owners, and developers
- CRM proficiency and ability to manage a full sales cycle
- Existing client network is a plus
