- Communicate with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers in both English and Spanish
- Draft, review, and organize legal documents and correspondence
- Maintain and update case files and schedules
- Assist in preparing for court filings and hearings
- Conduct legal research as needed
- Schedule appointments and manage attorney calendars
- Ensure compliance with legal procedures and deadlines
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
- Proven experience as a legal assistant or paralegal, preferably in personal injury law
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office and legal software
