Qualifications
- 4 years' experience with bankruptcy matters representing creditors
- Highly complex Chapter 11 business reorganizations
- Support senior attorneys in managing case files and conducting legal research
- Preparing and filing bankruptcy petitions, schedules of assets and liabilities, financial disclosures, motions, and other court documents
- Admitted in CA
- Compensation is very competitive and based on experience
