- Develop conceptual layouts, including preliminary designs and revisions.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and sales staff to refine drawings and ensure feasibility.
- Maintain drafting standards and ensure drawings align with project specifications and industry best practices.
- Support the design-to-build process from concept through construction.
- 3 years of experience drafting in AutoCAD and Revit.
- Background in agricultural or construction drafting, ideally with a general contractor.
- Strong understanding of building design, framing systems, and layout development.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with remote teams.
- High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Salary range: $75,000 - $90,000, commensurate with experience.
