Performance Expectations For The Audit Senior
- Lead audit projects as well as the client audit teams
- Conduct audits of financial statements, reviews and compilations as well as involvement with corporate and individual tax returns in multiple industry sectors.
- Community involved with an outgoing personality
- Develop new client relationships while fostering existing contacts
- Be a positive mentor and hands-on leader and continue the advancement of the firm
- Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, Finance, or Equivalent
- Master of Science and Taxation degree (highly desirable)
- CPA Certificate preferred
- A minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in public accounting.
- Must have the ability to utilize firm technology to enhance client service
- Must have strong multi-tasking skills
- Must have strong leadership skills
- Must be willing to work >40 hours per week during busy season
- Applicants must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bonus for completing CPA while employed & Becker study materials reimbursement
