Job Details
- Salary: $95,000 - $120,000
- Job Type: Full-time
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package & excellent work/life balance
- Auditing experience: 5 years (Preferred)
- CPA (Strongly Preferred) or active candidacy for CPA License
- Lead financial statement audits, reviews, compilations, and special projects
- Address accounting, financial statement, and reporting issues using relevant professional guidance
- Provide strategic recommendations for process improvements based on knowledge of client operations
- Mentor staff through effective coaching and guidance
- Evaluate engagement performance and enhance internal processes
- Demonstrate collaborative team skills, positive attitude, and high ethical standards
