What You'll Do
- Handle a variety of workers' compensation matters, including exposure to federal cases
- Collaborate with experienced attorneys in a collegial, low-turnover environment
- Manage cases with autonomy while receiving mentorship and support
- 2 years of workers' compensation or insurance defense experience
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active membership in the California Bar (in good standing)
- Ability and willingness to work on-site in the Long Beach area
- Established and stable firm with 32 years in practice
