Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all phases of the litigation process, from case initiation to resolution
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents
- Represent clients in court proceedings and hearings
- Collaborate with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams to negotiate settlements
- Stay current on legal developments and industry trends
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the CA Bar
- 3-6 years of experience practicing as a labor and employment attorney
- Strong litigation and trial skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Client-focused with a commitment to achieving positive outcomes
