What They're Looking For
- 1-6 years of civil litigation experience
- Experience handling general liability, construction, business disputes, or catastrophic injury matters preferred
- Ability to independently manage cases from inception through resolution
- Experience with discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediations, and trial preparation
- Trial experience is a plus
- Strong legal writing, analytical, and communication skills
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Licensed and in good standing in Nevada
