Practice Areas & Responsibilities
- Corporate transactions and governance
- Commercial real estate matters
- Commercial finance transactions
- Entity formation and organizational matters
- Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements
- Transaction due diligence, title review, and permitting matters
- Supporting sophisticated closings and deal execution
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Active bar membership (or anticipated admission) in New Hampshire
- 2-4 years of experience in:
- Corporate transactional law
- Commercial finance
- Commercial real estate
- Experience with:
- Purchase/sale agreements and ancillary transaction documents
- Corporate governance and commercial contracting
- Real estate due diligence, title examinations, and title insurance preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
