Key Responsibilities
- Assist in project setup, budgeting, scheduling, and document control
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, clients, and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle
- Review drawings, specifications, and submittals for accuracy and completeness
- Support procurement, contract administration, and change management
- Track RFIs, submittals, and project correspondence through Procore or similar platforms
- Attend site meetings, monitor progress, and assist in problem-solving with field teams
- Help ensure safety, quality, and schedule goals are consistently met
- 2-5 years of experience in commercial construction; prior APM or Project Engineer experience preferred
- Experience supporting ground-up or large-scale renovation projects with a general contractor
- Strong understanding of construction documents, processes, and terminology
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar)
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
