The Assistant Project Manager will work closely with Project Managers and field teams to help ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Assist Project Managers with the planning and execution of commercial construction projects
- Manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, architects, engineers, and owners
- Track project schedules, budgets, and procurement activities
- Support buyout and contract administration efforts
- Assist with project meetings and maintain accurate meeting minutes
- Monitor project costs and assist with forecasting and reporting
- Help ensure project compliance with contract documents and company standards
- Collaborate with Superintendents to support field operations and project progress
- Maintain organized project files and documentation throughout the project lifecycle
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
- 1-5 years of experience in commercial construction as a Project Engineer, Assistant Project Manager, or similar role
- Strong understanding of commercial construction processes and documentation
- Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and related construction software preferred
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow within the construction industry

Salary : $70,000 - $90,000
