An Asphalt Paving company is actively seeking an experienced Superintendent to join their team. The Superintendent will arrange the work of several paving crews and provide on-site leadership to foreman and crews. The Superintendent plans, coordinates, and supervises onsite functions including scheduling, material control, and day-to-day direction of field personnel. Asphalt Paving Superintendent
- 5 years of experience in Asphalt Paving with stable work history
- DOT, County, and Municipal experience preferred
- Train and mentor foreman and crew members
- Experience with projects from $50K - $20M preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
