Architectural Designer Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture preferred.
- 3 years of professional experience.
- Proficiency in Revit & AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign is preferred.
- Experience in related project types preferred but not required.
- Strong design, technical, code, and detailing skills.
- Enthusiastic commitment to the multidisciplinary design process and team environment.
- Proactive written and verbal communication skills.
- Support the conceptualization and development of design ideas by creating diagrams, digital models, and presentation materials, as well as handling production work for various project types.
- Consult with clients on the creation and presentation of design concepts and needs.
- Assist in the production of design development and construction documents, models, and construction details and drawings.
- Preparation of design presentations to clients, communities, and other pertinent stakeholders, including public agencies.
- Negotiable depending upon experience.
