We are working with an industry-leading organization seeking a graduate to join a hands-on Agricultural Equipment Development Program. This 12-24 month rotational program is designed to develop future Territory Technical Representatives and Product Specialists within the agricultural equipment industry.

Duties
- Work directly with agricultural equipment in real-world field environments
- Support equipment diagnostics, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
- Partner with customers and internal teams to solve technical issues
- Travel extensively during peak season (4-5 days/week for ~12 weeks)
- Gain exposure to multiple areas of the business through a structured development program
- Prepare for a long-term role in technical support, product specialization, or territory-based positions
- Bachelor's degree in:
- Agricultural Engineering (with machinery emphasis), OR
- Agricultural Systems Technology, OR
- Mechanical Engineering
- Recent graduate (within ~5 years of graduation)
- Strong background working with farm equipment (personal or professional)
- Experience operating and/or maintaining equipment such as tractors, combines, planters, etc.
- Internship or work experience with an equipment dealership or manufacturer is highly preferred
- Mechanically inclined with strong troubleshooting ability
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively during peak season
- Strong communication skills and interest in working with customers
- Hands-on farm background (grew up on or worked closely with a farm)
- Experience in a dealership, service shop, or equipment manufacturer environment
- Exposure to equipment diagnostics, repair, or testing
- Structured 12-24 month development program

Salary : $75,000 - $85,000
