Trainer / Instructor | Full-time, Regular
Location: Tampa, Florida (75% Onsite) & Travel - 25%
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver onboarding training for new hires
- Facilitate Instructor-Led Training (ILT) and Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT)
- Conduct classroom and virtual learning sessions
- Coach, mentor, and support learners throughout the training journey
- Partner with Learning & Development and operational teams
- Troubleshoot learner and technical issues during training sessions
