What You’ll Do
Own End‑to‑End Project Delivery
- Serve as the single point of accountability for all aspects of assigned projects.
- Drive execution from project kickoff through final delivery, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget.
- Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Coordinate and lead cross‑functional project teams, ensuring alignment, accountability, and performance.
- Partner with subcontractors, vendors, and consultants as needed to ensure adequate staffing and expertise.
- Coach, mentor, and support project team members to drive engagement and high performance.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations across scope, schedule, and financials.
- Maintain consistent, transparent communication with clients and senior leadership.
- Provide regular project updates, highlight risks, and drive alignment on priorities and next steps.
- Track project financials, including costs, forecasts, and cost‑to‑completion estimates.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and within scope.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and take proactive corrective action as needed.
- Maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, logs, and progress reports.
- Lead internal project review meetings and ensure accurate reporting across all stakeholders.
- Conduct final project reviews and ensure all deliverables meet required standards.
- Develop detailed project schedules, including timelines, dependencies, and resource plans.
- Contribute to proposal development by providing estimates, assumptions, and support requirements.
- Develop and maintain Statements of Work (SOWs), updating them as project scope evolves.
- Identify opportunities to expand client engagement and support additional business development efforts.
- Promote best practices, improve processes, and enhance delivery efficiency across projects.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performing project environment.

- Attend client meetings, take detailed notes, and follow up on action items.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing excellent customer service.
- Create and implement project plans, including resource allocation and timeline management.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and alignment with client goals.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the Global Client Partner, offering strategic insights and recommendations.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, incorporating them into project management approaches.
- Mentor and guide junior project team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a collaborative and proactive approach.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.
- Experience in budget management and financial planning for projects.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
