What You’ll Do
As the Onsite Training Coordinator, you’ll be the operational heartbeat of the training experience. Your work ensures instructors, participants, and stakeholders have everything they need for successful learning sessions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide onsite support for all training activities, including classroom setup, material preparation, and instructor assistance
- Escort instructors to training rooms and ensure all logistics are in place before sessions begin
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to secure resources, materials, and equipment
- Manage room reservations, catering orders, and event setup requirements
- Prepare and distribute pre‑work and post‑work materials for training sessions
- Troubleshoot issues during live sessions—technical, logistical, or otherwise—with professionalism and urgency
- Administer leadership and aptitude assessments for employees
- Respond promptly to participant and instructor inquiries
- Maintain accurate process documentation and follow established execution steps
- Administer post‑training surveys and generate reports as needed

- Experience supporting virtual training platforms and troubleshooting basic technical issues
