JOB DESCRIPTION
- Conduct training sessions in accordance with performance standards
- Responsible for product training and performance support within assigned GM dealerships
- Develop and manage schedule to support dealer needs while working with regional personnel on direction and priorities
- Conduct special training assignments and facilitate large group meetings as required
- Conduct launch training events as required
- Conduct on-going product study and competitive reviews
- Submit schedules, rosters, activity reports and expense reports according to performance standards
- 3-5 years automotive related or automotive retail experience or commensurate experience
- In-depth knowledge of vehicle technology, light duty truck fundamentals, trailering and infotainment systems
- Strong communication skills
- Strong facilitation, presentation and coaching skills
- Organizational skills
- Computer skills/literacy and proficiency with PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be reliable
