Position Overview
Parkline Motors is seeking a motivated, reliable, and hard-working Automotive Mechanic to join our team. This role involves performing maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs across a variety of vehicle makes and models in a fast-paced dealership environment. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills, attention to detail, and takes pride in quality workmanship.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and mechanical repairs on a full spectrum of vehicle makes and models
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues
- Conduct vehicle inspections and identify necessary repairs
- Repair and maintain automotive and shop equipment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely turnaround
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems and components
- Proven ability to diagnose and repair mechanical issues
- Experience operating and maintaining automotive equipment
- Ability to perform physical labor, including heavy lifting
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
- Ability to communicate effectively and work well within a team
Preferred Qualifications
- Must have vehicle diagnostic experience
- Welding experience is a plus, but not required
