What You’ll Do:
- Manage and strengthen overall client relationships, serving as a trusted partner and strategic advisor.
- Oversee the accuracy, quality, and timeliness of deliverables across multiple client engagements.
- Review and approve client financial statements, partner capital statements, and other key financial reports.
- Develop and execute onboarding plans to ensure a seamless transition for new clients.
- Provide technical accounting guidance and industry insights to support clients’ evolving needs.
- Coordinate, manage, and monitor the external audit process to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Lead, develop, and mentor team members to foster growth, collaboration, and professional excellence.
- Ensure team adherence to internal control policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Contribute to business development initiatives and identify opportunities for client growth and service enhancement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 10 years of private equity accounting experience.
- 4 years of management experience.
- Strong knowledge of industry and accounting principles, US GAAP Expertise.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
