Job position description:
We’re seeking a full-time Title Examiner who will conduct title searches for real property according to customer orders to discover the history of title. This is done by analyzing and researching legal documents of public record through various databases and organizing all of the information discovered that is pertinent to the order so that the title products we offer can be produced.
The ideal candidate we’re looking for is someone who enjoys working in a solitary environment, has a strong attention to detail, and strives for accuracy.
The candidate must be willing to travel to courthouses in surrounding counties on an as-needed basis to conduct title searches. A company vehicle will be provided for travel.
Primary Functions and Skills:
· Collaborate with the Order Entry department to retrieve orders
· Examine and analyze real estate records and tract per company procedure, including mapping the subject property and being comfortable working with numbers
· Document all information pertinent to the property as stated in the customer order
· Verify legal descriptions and the accuracy of documents
· Travel to courthouses on an as-needed basis

Position Type/Hours/Training:
- Full-time, hourly position
- Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
- *** Approximately 4 weeks of training will take place at our corporate office in Medford located at 885 W Broadway Avenue. Drive time and mileage will be reimbursed while traveling to Medford for training. ***
