The company offers RoHS-compliant products as well as lead-containing components for QPL military/defense and other demanding requirements. Non-magnetic inductors are also available for situations where magnetic components would compromise system performance, as in medical imaging (MRI) equipment.
About the Position
The successful cleaner will help to take care of our facilities and carry out cleaning and maintenance duties. The goal is to keep our building in a clean and orderly condition. Other duties include, but are not limited to:
- Cleaning, stocking, and supplying designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, etc)
- Empties wastebaskets and transports trash and waste to disposal area
- Performing and documenting routine inspection and maintenance activities
- Carrying out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
- Following all health and safety regulations
- Other assigned duties as needed or assigned
Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 5 hour days between the hours of 11:00 am and 4:00 pm
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
- Willing to work a minimum of 20-30 hours per week, extra if needed.
- Should have good problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently or in a team environment
- Ability to lift and move items as needed.
Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Experience: 0-2 years of cleaning experience.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Ability to follow and interpret routine reports and correspondence. Effective communication, both verbally and in writing. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or in diagram form.
