Role Description
We’re looking for a hungry, disciplined outbound sales contractor to help generate and qualify demo opportunities with police agencies across the U.S.
This is NOT a passive marketing role.
This is targeted outreach pipeline building.

Responsibilities:
• Identify and research U.S. police agencies
• Conduct outbound outreach via:
• LinkedIn messaging
• Qualify prospects before scheduling demos
• Book demos into a fixed weekly schedule (6–8 max)
• Maintain basic tracking of outreach and responses

Requirements:
• Experience in outbound sales (B2B preferred)
• Comfortable with cold outreach and follow-up
• Strong written communication
• Self-motivated and responsive
• Bonus (NOT required): experience with SaaS or government sales

Compensation:
• $500–$800/month base
• $150–$250 per qualified demo that attends
• 5–10% commission on closed deals

• You will NOT be responsible for closing deals
• You will NOT be booking unlimited meetings
• Your job is to fill a limited number of high-quality demo slots each week

Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Inside Sales and Outbound Sales processes
- Demonstrated ability in Lead Generation and prospecting
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to engage with potential clients
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Experience in technology or SaaS sales, preferably within the law enforcement or public safety sector
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics tools is a plus
