In This Role, You Will
- Design and deliver creative, age-appropriate programs (infants through teens), weekly activities, seasonal/summer camps, holiday camps, themed events, and daily Kid Center operations, that align with club values and excite families.
- Oversee seamless daily operations: scheduling, staffing, attendance, facility readiness, and execution with a relentless focus on safety, cleanliness, and child well-being.
- Drive enrollment growth and revenue for youth programs through smart pricing, promotions, budgeting, and KPI tracking (participation, revenue, parent satisfaction, retention).
- Recruit, train, coach, and inspire a team of youth counselors, attendants, and part-time instructors, building a culture of care, professionalism, accountability, and excellence.
- Serve as the go-to expert for parents: build trusting relationships, handle inquiries/concerns with warmth and professionalism, and boost family loyalty and word-of-mouth.
- Collaborate with the Sports Club Manager and club leadership to integrate youth programming into broader family events and club initiatives.
