About the Opportunity
We're seeking a motivated Atlanta-based Appointment Setter to help introduce Jarvis Recreation Management Software to Parks and Recreation directors across the United States. Jarvis is a comprehensive, affordable platform designed specifically for municipal recreation departments, helping them modernize operations from league management to facility rentals.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to break into B2G (Business-to-Government) sales or expand their experience in the government sector with a proven solution that genuinely solves problems for smaller municipalities.
What You'll Do
- Prospect and qualify Parks and Recreation directors at municipal governments
- Conduct outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to introduce Jarvis Recreation Management Software
- Identify pain points in current operations (manual processes, multiple disconnected systems, registration challenges)
- Schedule qualified appointments for product demonstrations with our team
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and pipeline activity in CRM
- Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and move opportunities forward

- Consistent appointment setting with qualified prospects
- High show-rate for scheduled demonstrations
- Accurate lead qualification and CRM data entry
- Professional representation of our solution and brand
- Clear communication with the sales team about prospect needs and concerns
Who We're Looking For
Required:
- Must be based in the Atlanta metro area
- Excellent communication skills (phone, email, and written)
- Self-motivated with strong organizational abilities
- Comfortable with technology and learning new software
- Professional demeanor when engaging with government officials
- Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
Highly Desirable:
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Previous appointment setting or sales development experience
- Familiarity with government/municipal sales cycles
- Understanding of parks and recreation operations
- Experience with outreach automation tools
Bonus Points:
- Background in athletics, recreation, or youth sports
- Previous work with SaaS (Software as a Service) companies
- Experience cold calling into local government
- Familiarity with Southeast municipal markets
Compensation Options (We're Flexible)

Option 1: Full-Time Employee
- Base salary commission on set appointments and closed deals

- Hourly rate commission structure
- Flexible hours with minimum weekly commitment
Option 3: Independent Contractor (1099)
- Commission-based structure with competitive per-appointment fees
