What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dental Assistant position at Gouverneur Dental Associates, P.C.?

Our dental assistants work side by side with the doctor or dental hygienist to enter data, prepare the treatment rooms, pass and transfer needed instruments and supplies for various dental procedures. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment, are detail-oriented, and don't mind working inside someone's mouth, this could be your opportunity. We would prefer someone with prior dental assisting experience, but we have also trained qualified applicants in the past to enter the dental field. People of all ages come to see us for dental care, so you get to be a part of the lives of the elderly, retirees, working-age adults, school-aged children, and sometimes even little ones, too. We are looking for people who are comfortable working with their hands AND their minds to join our team. We value an energetic person, not intimidated by technology. Pay: $625.00 - $940.00 per week

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- Dental assisting: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) (Preferred)
