Some Of Your Duties May Include
- Oversee and support customer data management and governance processes.
- Implement and maintain data governance policies, procedures, and standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and reliable customer data.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data issues in a timely manner.
- Monitor and enforce data quality standards across systems and platforms.
- Analyze customer data trends and patterns to provide actionable insights.
- Support initiatives to enhance overall customer data management and reporting.
- Partner with departments to ensure alignment with data policies and best practices.
- Manage onboarding processes for new customer accounts, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain consistent follow-up and responsiveness in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data analysis).
- High level of attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and integrity.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly identify and resolve data issues.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.

- 1–3 years of experience in data management, data governance, or a related field.
- Experience working with customer data, data quality, or governance processes.
