About the Role:
We are seeking a warm, professional, and organized Bilingual Receptionist who is fluent in both Spanish and English to join our team and provide vital support to the HR department. As the first point of contact for our organization, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive experience for employees, job candidates, and visitors. In addition to traditional receptionist duties, you will assist the HR team with administrative tasks, onboarding, and other HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Management: Greet and direct visitors, manage phone calls, and maintain the reception area.
- Administrative Support: Assist HR with data entry, filing, and organizing employee records.
- HR Assistance: Support the HR team with scheduling interviews, processing onboarding documentation, and assisting new hires.
- Communication: Serve as a point of contact for Spanish-speaking employees and job applicants, helping to interpret or translate as needed.
- Documentation & Compliance: Ensure confidentiality and compliance with HR protocols when handling sensitive information.
Qualifications:
- Language: Fluency in both Spanish and English (spoken and written) is required.
- Experience: Previous experience in reception or administrative support preferred, ideally in HR or a similar environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities; familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Professionalism: A welcoming and positive demeanor with strong people skills.
