Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Food Safety, Sanitation & Quality Assurance Manager to join our team on-site at our Phoenix, AZ facility. This role involves overseeing food safety programs, ensuring regulatory and SQF compliance, managing sanitation processes, and maintaining quality standards across our operations. The manager will be responsible for conducting staff training, monitoring HACCP protocols, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and driving improvements in food safety, sanitation, and overall product quality.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Food Safety and Sanitation protocols, including HACCP and regulatory compliance
- Experience in providing Training for employees to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards
- Exceptional Communication skills for working collaboratively with diverse teams and providing clear guidance
- Background in Food & Beverage industries or similar operational environments
- Analytical skills to identify process improvements and ensure consistent quality
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven track record in implementing and maintaining food quality management systems
- Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced production environment
