Key Responsibilities
- Operate vacuum chamber equipment to coat parts with aluminum
- Prepare and inspect parts before and after the coating process
- Measure part thickness and dimensions to ensure specifications are met
- Complete accurate production documentation, routers, and internal records
- Assist with vacuum chamber cleaning and routine maintenance
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
- Follow written and verbal instructions in English
- Work occasional overtime, including nights and weekends, as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to lift parts weighing up to 40 lbs.
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable, safety-focused, and willing to learn
