Chief Marketing Officer

Gouge Quality Roofing, LLC is an Owens Corning Platinum Preferred Roofing Contractor and a growing leader in the roofing, siding, and gutter industry. Based in Amanda, Ohio, we are a relationship-driven, customer-focused company with a strong reputation and an even bigger vision for the future.

We are looking for a high-performing Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead the growth of our brand, customer acquisition, and marketing systems as we continue scaling our company. This is not a “big corporate” executive role hidden behind meetings and agencies; this is a hands-on leadership position inside a fast-moving, entrepreneurial company.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership

• Develop and lead the company’s overall marketing strategy
• Drive lead generation and brand growth across all channels
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize marketing ROI
• Build scalable systems for long-term growth
• Manage marketing budgets and vendor relationships
• Collaborate directly with ownership on company vision and growth initiatives

Tactical Execution

• Oversee and execute digital marketing campaigns
• Manage social media, content creation, paid advertising, and branding efforts
• Coordinate photo/video shoots and marketing assets
• Assist with website updates, campaign launches, and CRM management
• Create or review marketing materials, messaging, and promotions
• Day-to-day marketing needs

Leadership & Accountability

• Establish clear KPIs and growth targets
• Bring energy, urgency, and accountability to the department
• Lead with a positive, solutions-oriented mindset
• Continuously improve systems, processes, and execution
• Help build and eventually lead a larger internal marketing team

Position Requirements

• 5 years of marketing leadership experience
• Experience building and executing marketing strategies
• Strong understanding of PPC, Google LSA, SEO, social media advertising, and lead generation
• Experience tracking ROI and marketing performance metrics
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to operate both strategically and tactically
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in home services, construction, or service-based industries preferred
• Self-starter with high energy and strong personal accountability
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing company environment
