Overview
We are seeking experienced Warehouse Equipment Operators to join our team. This role is primarily focused on operating Raymond Reach Trucks, counterbalance forklifts, double blade pallet jacks, and cherry pickers in a fast-paced warehouse environment. All candidates must have a minimum of one year’s experience with Raymond Reach Trucks and Warehouse machines.
Shift Schedule: 9:00 PM – 5:30 AM, Sunday through Thursday. Shifts may be up to 12 hours based on business needs. First Week of Each Month: Mandatory six-day work week
All new hires will complete one week of training on first shift: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Requirements:
- Assessment of basic computer literacy skills
- Minimum 1 year of Raymond Reach Truck and Cherry Pickers operating experience
- Ability to operate a counterbalance forklift
- Experience with double length pallet jacks
- General warehouse experience required
- Ability to wear and use a headset for computer-generated picking instructions (instructions are provided in English only)
- Steel toe boots on site
- Work environment is not temperature controlled
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively throughout the shift
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a secure work environment
